£70,000 plus excellent package London. MC Technical Recruitment are partnered with a leading provider of district heating networks throughout the UK & beyond for the recruitment of an Asset Manager, to work a role based out of sites in London.
As an Asset Manager you will have the opportunity to work on existing & future District Heating projects, in a fast-expanding business. As the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering new energy projects during build & operational phases.
- Meeting with stakeholders & customers, maintaining good relationships.
- Identifying growth opportunities within the District Heating networks.
- Reporting to the Asset Director.
- Other duties as required.
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Experience of contract negotiation & commercial & financial administration.
- Experience in cost control, financial modelling etc.
- The ability to drive strategic plans to drive business growth.
- A strong background in district heating systems or related energy infrastructure projects.
This is a permanent position based in London; due to the requirement to visit customer sites from time to time you will need a full UK driving licence.
The offer:
- A generous basic salary of up to £70,000.
- Discretionary bonus.
- 25 days holidays plus BH.
