MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to direct daily operations of a waste treating Anaerobic Digestion plant. This role will involve managing repairs & maintenance as well as managing production to KPIs in a safe & environmentally balanced manner.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Fostering & upholding the plants safety culture
  • Leading from the front to maintain performance efficiency
  • Manage & take part in, where necessary, the call out rota
  • Supervise the team of Site Operators
  • Maintaining a good relationship with the customer & suppliers
  • Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • COTC & NEBOSH are desirable
  • Experience with transferable skills from process industry background
  • AD experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Line management experience
  • Full UK driving licence
