Sales Representative / Sales Manager €70,000 – €80,000 + Bonus German or another second language is highly beneficial Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom or the European Union Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills Proficiency with CRM systems and the ability to maintain accurate data records 2+ years' sales experience in a technical field (biogas, biological engineering, wastewater treatment, environmental engineering or related sectors) – senior candidates may have 5–10 years' experience and prior team leadership A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally on large-scale projects (≥ 750 m³/h capacity) Experience selling into the UK, German, Dutch, Belgian, Swiss, Austrian or Danish markets Familiarity with the European regulatory environment for water and waste treatment solutions Comfort with hybrid/remote working arrangements and occasional travel to client sites This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business with huge growth potential.
