MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer, to work in a power station located in Plymouth.
Our client is a leading organisation within their sector, with the opportunity for an experienced Engineer to join their team with a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday.
As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for
- Planned, preventative & reactive maintenance
- Maintenance of mechanical & electrical plant
- Fault finding, troubleshooting & rectification
- Working as part of a team as well as on own
- Overseeing contractors
- Using the CMMS & updating accurately
- Flexibility working on days as well as an element of being on call
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have
- A relevant engineering qualified (HNC/NVQ/Apprenticeship etc.)
- Proven experience in Ef W, waste or similar sector (Biomass/CCGT/Oil/Renewables)
- Experience of carrying out maintenance on mechanical & electrical process equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, HVAC systems & conveyors, etc.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
- Marine Engineers with experience of working on steam raising plant will also be considered for this role
The package on offer for this position includes
