MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Engineering Manager to deliver projects & improve performance across our clients UK EfW fleet. This role will involve developing standards, improving plant performance & safety standards.

As a Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering mechanical project & improvements.
  • Develop & implement fleet wide standards.
  • Provide expert advice & practical solutions.
  • Monitor engineering projects on site.
  • Optimise EfW plant performance.
  • Other duties as required.

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Experience in a senior engineering or maintenance role in power generation, energy from waste or similar.
  • Degree in mechanical engineering (or similar).
  • NEBOSH or IOSH.
  • Strong leadership & communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of safe systems of work & engineering standards.
