MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Engineering Manager to deliver projects & improve performance across our clients UK EfW fleet. This role will involve developing standards, improving plant performance & safety standards.
As a Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering mechanical project & improvements.
- Develop & implement fleet wide standards.
- Provide expert advice & practical solutions.
- Monitor engineering projects on site.
- Optimise EfW plant performance.
- Other duties as required.
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Experience in a senior engineering or maintenance role in power generation, energy from waste or similar.
- Degree in mechanical engineering (or similar).
- NEBOSH or IOSH.
- Strong leadership & communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of safe systems of work & engineering standards.
