MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Project Engineering Manager to report to the Engineering Manager of a Power Station in Maidstone, Kent. This role will involve developing the project management process overall and improving the way in which the team works.
As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working in a lead role handling multiple plant upgrades worth from Β£200k to Β£2m
- Project managing plant improvements to maximise long term availability
- Developing the site's Maintenance Management System
- Driving improvements through root cause analysis and process development
- Working on-site Monday to Friday in a days based position
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Knowledge of steam turbines, generators, pressure systems etc.
- 5 years experience in Power, Energy from Waste or similar heavy industry
- Strong Project Management skills
- Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills
- Team player who can act in a lead role when required
