MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Regional Operations Manager to lead field service teams across the South East.
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing, supporting and leading a team of field service technicians across the region.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of agreed goals and measurable targets.
- Responsible for ensuring team members receive the appropriate training, coaching and performance management to perform their role to the highest standard.
- Establish and maintain an effective debriefing process on a frequent basis to ensure goals and targets are met.
- Contribute to grading evaluations and development planning as required.
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Proven 3-4 years field service experience as a service technician with proven experience leading a team.
- An Electrical qualification is required; with previous work on single and 3 phase equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
- Excellent organisation and computer skills.
- Experience in the warewash and or catering industry is desirable.
Salary & Benefits:
- Excellent basic salary.
- Company Vehicle (with private use) and a fuel card.
- 25 days annual leave.
