MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an office-based Estimator for a business expanding with Renewable Energy Projects from a base in Portsmouth.
As Estimator you will be responsible for:
- Preparing cost estimates for mechanical, electrical & plumbing projects.
- Playing a key role in the bid / tender process.
- Ensuring all proposals are competitive & aligned with client requirements.
- Working across residential, commercial, industrial & renewable energy sectors.
- Other duties as required.
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Proven track record of estimating within the MEP sector.
- Strong commercial awareness with strong numerical & problem-solving skills.
- HNC or similar in mechanical / electrical engineering / QS or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems.
- Good organisational skills.
The offer:
- A salary from £45,000
- Working 5 days per week from the office
