Sales Trainee Energy Sector £30,000 (plus car after 6-month probation) Chandlers Ford MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking for two sales trainees to join their Europe Sales Team, based out of modern offices in Chandlers Ford. You will receive comprehensive training, with a salary starting at £30,000 with a company car provided after completion of the sales training program. You must have some real-world work experience & an engineering qualification would be advantageous. As a sales trainee, you will be responsible for: Learning from experienced professionals to develop valuable customer-facing skills Shadowing & assisting with product demonstrations & presentations to prospective customers Managing & developing relationships with existing accounts Traveling to our international offices for training & experience, applying your learning in your local office Collaborating on projects with other global trainees & taking on individual initiatives Developing an understanding of the range of products & services on offer by an international business To be considered for this role you should be: Keen to grow your career in a sales oriented, customer-facing business development role Curious, adaptable & ambitious Possess strong communication skills – written, verbal & presentation Hold a valid driving licence & passport & be willing to travel within the UK & overseas What\’s on offer?
