MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for a Renewable Energy company based near Corby. The main focus of this role will be the hands-on maintenance of Anaerobic Digestion Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant. With a 50/50 focus on Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, this is a great role for a skilled engineer looking for a role within renewable energy.
As a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment including pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes.
- Fault diagnosis, resolving both mechanical and electrical issues.
- Help oversee commissioning of new plant and create and implement procedures.
- Manage feedstock supplies and prepare weekly reports.
- Other duties as required.
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Relevant experience, ideally from Anaerobic Digestion or Energy from Waste.
- Ideally a relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Strong communication skills and experience in managing your own workload.
- A full UK driving licence.
