MC Technical Recruitment are seeking to source a Business Development Manager who will work in the Municipal Water Sector delivering a billion-pound contract in the Defence sector at sites across the UK.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building & maintaining a drive towards a large market share.
- Contributing to cross functional teams to enable the delivery of bids, projects & targets.
- Working with internal stakeholders to co-design & deliver solutions.
- Reporting to Head of Development on key customer requirements.
- Creating relationship with key customer contacts to ensure smooth delivery of bids & projects.
To be considered for this role you should have:
- A background in one of the Water sectors, clean, waste or municipal.
- Knowledge & experience of multimillion pound project management.
- Ability to deliver multimillion pound bids.
- Excellent influencing skills up to C-suite.
- Varied other duties in a senior role as required.
This is a permanent hybrid role for an international business, operating UK wide, so the successful candidate will be based from whichever office is nearest to your home. Full UK driving licence required.
The offer:
- A basic salary c£85,000+
- Good car allowance.
- Generous pension contribution.
- Great bonus potential paid annually.
