MC Technical Recruitment are currently recruiting for an AutoCAD Engineer to work on process flow & detailed design on varied AD plant. This is an interesting opportunity to work within a design team who also support project delivery across the UK.
As the AutoCAD Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Understanding the process flow, tanks, engineering etc.
- Maintaining & updating detailed drawings including P&IDs & layouts
- Producing drawings for project proposals & improvement works
- Undertaking routine site visits to ensure drawings reflect live installations
- Supporting change management procedures & document control
- Assisting with installation & commissioning of improvement projects
- Promoting safe systems of work & contributing to a positive safety culture
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D desirable)
- Experience producing mechanical / electrical / process engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail with document control & revision management
- The ability to liaise with site managers & project teams
- A full UK driving licence & willingness for occasional travel
