Maintenance Technician
Up to £35,000 plus benefits incl. Van

MC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Engine Maintenance Technician, to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on large gas engines. Our client is an established business within the Power Generation sector, with the opportunity for an experienced Engine Technician to join their team in the Bristol area.
As an Engine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Engine maintenance – PPMs, planned & reactive
- Gas balancing and checking wells
- Participating in a call out rota (1 in 8)
- Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
- Other duties as required
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Experience carrying out maintenance on large reciprocating engines, in particular Jenbacher, Caterpillar etc
- A recognised mechanical apprenticeship (or equivalent experience) with relevant industry experience
- Sound knowledge of health & safety
- Full UK driving licence
