£70,000 plus excellent package London. MC Technical Recruitment are partnered with a leading provider of district heating networks throughout the UK & beyond for the recruitment of an Asset Manager, to work a role based out of sites in London.

As an Asset Manager you will have the opportunity to work on existing & future District Heating projects, in a fast-expanding business.

As the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering new energy projects during build & operational phases.
  • Meeting with stakeholders & customers, maintaining good relationships.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within the District Heating networks.
  • Reporting to the Asset Director.
  • Other duties as required.

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Experience of contract negotiation & commercial & financial administration.
  • Experience in cost control, financial modelling etc.
  • The ability to drive strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • A strong background in district heating systems or related energy infrastructure projects.

This is a permanent position based in London; due to the requirement to visit customer sites from time to time you will need a full UK driving licence.

The offer:

  • A generous basic salary of up to £70,000.
  • Discretionary bonus.
  • 25 days holidays plus BH.
  • Many other benefits.
