Job Description Electrical, Control Instrumentation (EC I) Engineer \MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Electrical, Control Instrumentation (EC I) Engineer to join a modern Energy from Waste facility in Avonmouth. \This role will involve leading the electrical, control and instrumentation maintenance function, ensuring maximum plant availability, planning and delivering maintenance activities, and supervising a team of technicians within a highly regulated process environment. \As a (EC I) Engineer, you will be responsible for: \As an Electrical, Control Instrumentation (EC I) Engineer, you will be responsible for: \n Leading the Electrical, Control Instrumentation maintenance function across the Energy from Waste plant. \Planning, coordinating and delivering preventative and reactive maintenance activities to maximise plant availability. \Maintaining and fault-finding on HV/LV electrical systems, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), instrumentation and associated plant equipment. \Supervising Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians, apprentices and specialist contractors. \Managing the EC I workshop and ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and within budget. \ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Control Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline. \Experience working within Energy from Waste, power generation, process manufacturing or another heavy industrial environment. \Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, instrumentation, control systems and preventative maintenance techniques. \A salary up to £60,000 depending on experience \n Pension Scheme \n Holidays \n If you are interested in this role please apply via the link below or contact Machaela at MC Technical Recruitment on 01489533030 / for a confidential chat. \
