We are looking for a talented, multi-disciplined Midweight Graphic Designer with a passion for digital design. This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design foundations who enjoys developing engaging creative ideas across digital platforms and emerging formats. You’ll work on a broad and varied mix of projects including digital display, presentations, bid concepts, branding and style guides, social content, motion storyboards, websites and interactive experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, motion designers, developers and account teams to produce high-quality, visually engaging work. You’ll be fluent across Adobe Creative Cloud, comfortable using Figma, and keen to embrace new and emerging design platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with the Design Director and Senior UX/UI Designer to deliver strong creative work, evolve design processes and support the development of the studio’s digital design capability.
  • Produce high-quality design across presentations, digital display, branding, social, print, OOH and new business opportunities.
  • Design engaging digital experiences and assets, including websites and interactive content.
  • Create storyboards and visual frameworks for motion design, collaborating closely with motion designers.
  • Contribute to reusable design assets, shared frameworks and design systems.
  • Collaborate with developers and digital specialists to ensure designs are achievable and implemented accurately.
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, digital platforms, AI tools and evolving creative best practice.

About You:

Essential

  • 3–5 years’ experience within a design agency or in-house creative team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative thinking clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craft.
  • Experience using generative AI systems and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation, concept development and production.
  • Excellent graphic design skills, with a strong portfolio spanning branding, campaigns, digital communications and visual storytelling.
  • Strong typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma for digital design, prototyping and collaborative workflows.
  • A good understanding of digital design principles, responsive layouts and designing across different screen sizes and formats.
  • Experience designing for web, mobile and social platforms.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with user needs, technical feasibility, budgets and project timelines.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience designing for multilingual or global audiences.
  • Understanding of UI and user-centered design principles.
  • Experience collaborating with developers using Figma Dev Mode or similar workflows.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
  • Motion design experience using After Effects or similar.
  • Experience with digital display, rich media or AdTech creative.
