M&C Saatchi Talent is a creative talent management agency, guiding the careers of an eclectic roster of respected individuals across Entertainment, Sport, Music and Fashion.
The ideal candidate will be immersed in the world of entertainment and be able to manage a roster of talent, having gained experience from already working in the industry or in a similar field.
The Role:
- Manage and co-manage a diverse roster of talent in the broadcast and digital sectors, working within a wider hub structure.
- Develop and execute strategies for your clients, focusing on both short and long-term career goals.
- Identify opportunities across the following sectors (but not limited to) broadcast, digital, brand partnerships, podcasts, publishing and emerging sectors.
- Source, negotiate and manage deals from inception to completion, leading on contract negotiations and overseeing processes with external parties to secure the best terms for your talent.
- Hold key relationships within the industry, continuing to build relationships with key industry contacts.
- Deliver exceptional talent management through pitching, proactive outreach, strategic guidance and long-term career development, working towards goals and set financial targets.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to share opportunities, market insights, and strategic initiatives across the roster.
- Attend events, shoots, meetings, and networking opportunities, understanding that the role will require you to work outside traditional office hours when required.
- The ability to handle and solve conflicts that may arise for your talent, ie. with press and with external contacts (with support from the wider team).
- Identify and sign emerging talent, be proficient and knowledgeable of social media platforms and cultural developments.
- Ability to manage an assistant, support colleagues within the team and take on additional responsibilities for the business where required.
- Able to negotiate deals, manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, targets, and business objectives.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including (but not limited to) scheduling, diary management, content delivery, contract negotiations, raising invoices, creating pitch documents, travel, shoot logistics (with the support of an assistant).

- Demonstrable experience in talent management or within the media and entertainment industry.
- A strong understanding of the broadcast, digital, and influencer landscape.
- An existing network of industry contacts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, handling all matters with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple talent, campaigns and commitments simultaneously.
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and proactive.
- Able to build trust and maintain strong relationships with talent, brands, and industry contacts.
