Working with our data science team and other junior analysts, you will master storytelling with data, pulling valuable insight from a diverse range of sources (search, social, news, forums, blogs, etc.), powered by AI. Alongside our analysts, you’ll help lead day-to-day as a point of contact for our key automotive client, independently showing high levels of accuracy and acumen to develop these relationships beyond existing projects as appropriate.
You know social media inside out. You will connect client problems to advanced data solutions, creating and communicating valuable layers of insight generated from advanced analysis. You’ll develop and retain excellent relationships with our automotive client – and quickly become a trusted and accountable member of the team the client can come to for help and inspiration.
You’ll interpret data with ease and accuracy, uncovering the most relevant insights and storylines of relevance for our key client’s business challenge and needs. You’ll work with our data team and partners to turn data into actionable reports, insights & recommendations. In addition to your core role as a social analyst, there will be opportunity to grow your insight expertise, learn more about data science and AI, and be embedded as part of a very supportive and passionate team with collaborative learning at its heart. The role will be suitable for impressive candidates seeking to take the next significant steps in their career, as part of a growing business. You’re a fast learner and open to learning about new data tools and visualisation methods. With the support of the wider consulting team, you will also be adept at finding new ways to help our clients, educate them about our offering, and ultimately grow the account’s value. You’ll embrace an outcome‑oriented culture, where strategy & tactics are alive and help clients thrive. You’ll contribute to our strategic development methodologies. You’ll drive at your own knowledge base, actively deepening your skills.
ABOUT YOU
You are a personable, engaging storyteller at heart – comfortable with interpreting numbers and writing in a concise and compelling way – and while data science may not be your core skillset, you believe strongly in its power to unveil truths and opportunity for businesses. You will be a fast and efficient worker with an unrelenting eye for detail and comfortable in a client-facing role. You are quick to understand clients’ needs and are not afraid to ask questions to uncover more. You have strong interpersonal skills, are accountable and a team player. You can work independently, flexibly, and enjoy variety in your day-to-day role. You enjoy finding stories and truths in data. You want to help clients transform. You understand the importance of data in making informed decisions. You have a strong POV on how data can do more to help. You have an open mind to learning new techniques and approaches.
