- Employment Law Guidance and Risk Mitigation: Provide legal and practical advice to management on employee relations issues, ensuring that all decisions are legally sound and minimise the risk of tribunal claims.

You will have in-depth knowledge of UK employment law and practical experience applying it to real world scenarios and you’ll be asked to demonstrate this in our assessment process. Our business has a complex structure but is non-hierarchical, so you should be used to dealing with complexity and senior stakeholders. You will have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple cases simultaneously. You will be experienced in advising managers at all levels on employee relations issues, providing pragmatic and solutions-focused guidance. You will have excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage sensitive situations and maintain positive relationships with employees and management. You will be comfortable working effectively as part of a team and supporting colleagues across different departments, as well as being comfortable working autonomously when necessary. You'll have experience of working within advertising, marketing or similar industries.
