ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with project leads, strategists, and regional specialists, you will support the design and interpretation of both quantitative and qualitative research, helping to shape the narratives and approaches used across our campaigns. - Monitor and analyse political trends, media, and information environments, acting as an in‑house source on the Europe region’s politics, culture, and information space.
- Assist with the development, administration, and interpretation of both quantitative (i.e., surveys) and qualitative (i.e., focus group discussions and interviews) research.
- Fuse primary field research (quantitative and qualitative), social media findings, and open‑source research to produce actionable insight pieces supporting the company’s communications campaigns.
- Produce timely, relevant analyses, briefings, and strategic recommendations verbally and in writing for different teams and levels within the agency.
- Provide insight to support the development of communications strategies and responding to ad hoc research requests.
- Develop an understanding of regional strategy and project objectives, informing and guiding them.
- Provide support to other project/regional/thematic‑assigned analysts, as required.
- Conduct desk‑based research.
- Participate in the culture of the wider team and agency (for example, contributing to team meetings).
