An exciting position has arisen for a bright candidate to build a career within one of the country’s leading talent management agencies. The Agent Assistant joins a team of agents and has the potential to grow and develop within the talent management industry. You will capitalise on previous experience and take your career to the next level.
What you’ll do
- You’ll work as part of a team to manage the strategic careers of talent including but not limited to commercial campaigns, broadcast, publishing and social media.
- Liaising with talent on a regular basis, handling diary coordination and logistical support.
- Day-to-day support in administrative tasks, reporting and updating key company systems.
- Supporting the team in building a robust pipeline of new business that flows into the business.
- Identifying potential brand partners and the decision makers within organisations and coordinating how to pitch to them appropriately.
- Researching and building relationships with new brands and nurturing existing relationships with commercial and broadcast organisations.
- Utilising the M&C Saatchi network to identify internal opportunities.
- Managing inbound enquiries for all opportunities across the client base.
- Coordinating and attending regular shoots and filming schedules.
- Maintaining website and databases.
About you
This is a role ideally suited to someone who has worked in an office environment before (ideally within media or entertainment), is ambitious and wants a career in talent management.
- Experience of multiple diary management.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task and prioritise accordingly.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Google and Apple calendar applications.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- The ability to design presentations and decks using PowerPoint, Canva or similar.
- High quality written skills including spelling and grammar.

- Able to work autonomously and cooperatively on group tasks and proactivity when required.
- A team player – someone content working in a busy, hands-on office with the ability to work from home, and the office, with clear lines of communication within the wider team.
- Able to work in a target and deadline-driven environment.
- Interested in and have knowledge of sport, fashion, entertainment and the wider broadcast and media landscape.
- Able to think strategically and understand the long-term impact of short-term decisions on talent.
- Discrete and you operate with utmost integrity and confidentiality.
