As an Account Supervisor, you are responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of your accounts. You are the central component to ensuring the smooth running of the account and should display strong skills in both managing up to AD’s and down to AE’s. An Account Supervisor is responsible for driving their accounts forward and should always be one step ahead, managing the overall workload and ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand PR is preferred, with a strong understanding of culture, trends, and influencer marketing.

- Provide strong support for AD and VP, serving as a reliable, proactive, solution-oriented and valuable member of the team.
- Ensure that work (written and communication included) presented to senior members of the team is of the best possible standard.
- Demonstrate ownership of every task given to you, while maintaining responsibility and accountability for your work.
- Lead junior staff, delegating where relevant and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain efficiency and diligence with all work tasks, exploring all routes to deliver requests from your team and client.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage all team members.
- Be fully capable of effective time management, prioritizing tasks effectively and delivering work on time (always flag any issues early – e.g. workload considerations, if you don’t think you can meet a deadline).
- Serve as trusted client contact, anticipating and managing day-to-day needs and requests.
- Work with integrated partners to provide streamlined and collaborative counsel across disciplines.
- Proactively manage and elevate potential issues or opportunities, flagging to senior team members and identifying solutions for the client.
- Demonstrate general understanding of incremental or additional business opportunities across clients.
- Develop verbal and written presentation skills, building confidence in competently talking clients through a document or pitching an idea.
- Show genuine interest in your clients’ business and overarching industry.
- Understand strategy and planning, developing skills to respond to a brief creatively with clear strategic thinking.
- Demonstrate ability to plan, organize and manage events (e.g., coordinating venues, overseeing press materials, managing suppliers, etc.).
- Ensure that campaign activation is executed to the highest standard, while remaining on schedule and within budget (and proactively flagging any issues or concerns to AD’s or VP’s in advance).
- Oversee OOP budget tracking and client related expenses.
- Start to develop an understanding of internal finance processes as they relate to client OOP costs, including raising estimates and external PO’s.
- Expertise in the media landscape, especially in relation to the specific needs of your clients.
- Continue to cultivate relationships with key, top-tier media and maintain an extensive network.
- Lead ongoing editorial coverage for clients, managing the team in securing opportunities from initial sell in to final delivery.
- Manage the team in monitoring editorial calendar opportunities and meeting long/short lead pitch deadlines.
- Oversee the media monitoring for all client coverage/articles of interest, ensuring junior staff flag/report to the team and clients on time.
- Develop and review final media materials (e.g. press releases, media alerts, pitches, media lists, media updates, coverage recaps, etc.).
- Develop and lead influencer marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives and broader communications plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies.
- Oversee influencer sourcing, vetting, and selection to ensure strong brand alignment and audience relevance.
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaign execution, including briefing, contracting, negotiations, timelines, content approvals, and delivery.
- Define campaign KPIs and evaluate performance using engagement, reach, conversions and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain communication with all team members, ensuring cohesion across each account (e.g. arranging internal status meetings, etc.).
- Offer clear guidance and constructive feedback to your junior staff members.
- Effectively manage up to senior team members (e.g. following up on action items, flagging client needs, etc.).
- Participate in new business research and pitches on an ad-hoc basis.
- Manage essential administrative tasks and ensure they’re delivered to a high standard.
- Oversee day-to-day team administration (e.g. status docs completed and shared before calls, all docs from clients saved on the system, meeting rooms booked).
- Oversee regular account tasks (e.g. reporting, coverage documents, status reports, ensuring folders are kept well organised).
Salary range is $87,000-$92,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience. All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.
