ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Executive at M+C Saatchi World Services, you’ll support the delivery of world‑class strategic communications for clients tackling complex, high‑stakes global challenges. From day one, you’ll be involved in the full campaign lifecycle, contributing ideas, supporting the development of materials, and ensuring everything we produce meets the highest standards. You’ll be encouraged to build a point of view and grow quickly as part of an ambitious, collaborative team.
What you’ll do:
- Immaculate formatting and presentation.
- Ownership of timing plans and status reports.
- Flawless meeting setup and coordination.
- Clear, concise reports.
- Constantly look for ways to elevate the work: sharper presentations, stronger stimulus, smarter formats, mood boards, vox pops; no idea is too big or small.
- Proactively source inspiration for your teams.
- Take an active interest in strategy, understand the “why” behind the work.
- Share your perspective thoughtfully and confidently, whether one‑to‑one or in a wider group.
- Get passionate about the work and develop a point of view. We want your voice to be heard!
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be smart, organised, opinionated (in a good way), and ready to get stuck in. This is a hands‑on role for someone curious, switched on, and eager to learn how smart communications can shape narratives, influence behaviour, and drive real‑world impact. You’ll work closely with team members across strategy, creative, and media, helping turn complex issues into clear, compelling communications.
You’ll bring:
- An undergraduate degree in Politics, History, International Relations, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A practical understanding of how agencies work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: clarity, confidence, and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- The right to work legally in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role).
Bonus points if you have:
- Fluency in Arabic and/or Farsi — either spoken or written.
- Internship experience at an agency.
WHAT YOU GET
A competitive salary and benefits package that includes 27 days holiday per year, pension contributions, private healthcare, discounted dental insurance, enhanced maternity/parental leave, plus a whole host of others including:
- Cultural stimulation allowance - £250 per person per year
- Half days off before bank holidays
- Emergency care days for dependants
- Up to 5 days volunteering leave per year to work for a registered charity
- Up to 10 days special emergency leave per year
- Season Ticket loan
- Payroll Giving Scheme
- Thursday drinks to unwind and socialize
- An annual Summer and Christmas party
Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion sees us offer inclusive bank holidays. We also offer learning opportunities around D&I, targeted mentoring programmes and the opportunity to participate in several active Employee Led Networks and associated events. Finally, this role will be supported with all the necessary personal development required to set someone up for success.
