We are looking for a talented multi-disciplined Midweight Graphic Designer with a passion for digital design and visual communication.

This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design foundations who enjoys developing engaging creative ideas across campaigns, branding, digital platforms and emerging formats.

You’ll work across a broad and varied mix of projects, including presentations, campaigns, posters, OOH, advertising, bid concepts, storyboards for motion design, style guides, branding, digital display and Ad Tech, social content, websites, landing pages and interactive experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, creatives, motion designers, developers and account teams to produce high-quality, accessible and visually engaging work.

You’ll embrace modern digital design platforms and be fluent across Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, selecting the right tool for each project.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with the Design Director and Senior UX/UI designer to maintain high creative standards, evolve design processes and support the development of the studio’s digital design capability.
  • Develop strong visual concepts for campaigns, branding, pitches and new business opportunities.
  • Produce high-quality graphic design across presentations, advertising, social, print, OOH and digital projects.
  • Design engaging digital experiences including websites, landing pages, digital display, interactive content and campaign assets.
  • Rapidly create and explore multiple branding and campaign directions, supported by clear strategic thinking and aligned to client objectives.
  • Translate complex information into clear, compelling and accessible visual communications.
  • Create storyboards and visual frameworks for motion design and collaborate with motion designers through production.
  • Contribute to reusable design assets, shared frameworks and design systems where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with developers and digital specialists to ensure designs are achievable and implemented accurately.
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams, stakeholders and clients.
  • Apply responsive and accessible design principles to digital work where relevant.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, digital platforms, AI tools and evolving creative best practice.

About You

  • 3-5 years' experience within a design agency or in-house creative team.
  • Excellent graphic design skills, with a strong portfolio spanning branding, campaigns, digital communications and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to rapidly develop multiple branding and campaign concepts, presenting a range of creative options backed by solid strategic thinking to meet client objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma for digital design, prototyping and collaborative workflows.
  • Strong typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy skills.
  • A good understanding of digital design principles, responsive layouts and designing across different screen sizes and formats.
  • Experience designing for digital display, web, mobile, social and presentation platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative thinking clearly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craft.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Balance creative ambition with user needs, technical feasibility, budgets and project timelines. Desirable
  • Experience designing for multilingual or global audiences.
  • Understanding of UI and user-centred design principles.
  • Experience collaborating with developers using Figma Dev Mode or similar workflows.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals (not essential, but helpful).
  • Motion design experience using After Effects or similar.
  • Experience using generative AI systems and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation, concept development and production.
  • Experience designing accessible digital content and interfaces.
  • Experience with digital display, rich media or Ad Tech creative

  • Confidently use Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and other digital platforms as part of an adaptable workflow.
  • Produce work that balances creativity with usability and accessibility where relevant.
  • Build strong working relationships across creative, motion, strategy, development and account teams.
  • Champion efficient, AI-assisted creative workflows where appropriate.
  • Help raise the overall quality and consistency of design across the studio
