We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join Human Digital; our data and insights team focused on online harms. As Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering research relating to online terrorism, violent extremism, and radicalisation to clients across government, law enforcement, and regulation. Reporting to and line‑managed by the Research Manager, you will both conduct and write‑up OSINT investigations and use your in‑depth subject knowledge on terrorism and violent extremism to help the team deliver data‑led evidence and produce clear, actionable reports.
The Senior Analyst will deliver a monthly report, contribute to and maintain critical datasets, and apply quantitative and qualitative research methods on ad‑hoc projects covering a range of cross‑harm and convergent harm types relevant to terrorism, violent extremism, and radicalisation. You will compile evidence, provide data‑led analysis, and support the Research Manager in producing clear, actionable reports. The role is ideal for someone wanting to further develop their knowledge on online terrorism, violent extremism, and radicalisation, use their OSINT skills to investigate open‑source spaces, work with external specialists and academics across disciplines, develop evidence‑led threat risk reporting, and manage and collate datasets. The role will require exposure to harmful content, including terrorism and violent extremism, violence fascination, and serious organised crime.
