We provide a fully integrated, end-to-end service, combining multi-discipline communications teams with subject matter experts across the world. Our work is domestic and global, often affecting the most vulnerable in society, with international activity oriented towards developing countries and fragile, conflict-affected states.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead workstreams working closely with colleagues across strategy, creative, media, and production teams.
  • Act as a ‘safe pair of hands’ who can oversee deliverables with minor oversight, managing timings, budgets, quality control of delivery, spotting out-of-scope projects or potential new, more productive ways of working.
  • Mentor, develop, and support juniors to deliver best-in-class communications through each stage of the campaign life cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing strategic counsel, anticipating needs, identifying risks, and proposing clear, effective solutions.

About you:

We are particularly interested in candidates with a working knowledge of, or a Degree in International Relations, Political Science, other related humanities, or social science. Languages are a big plus for us, so if you’re obsessed with understanding different cultures, human psychology & behavioural change, and staying up to date on geopolitics, please submit your CV.

What you’ll bring:

  • Significant experience in a commercial communications capacity or in a similar fast-paced working environment.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, and committed to delivering outstanding work.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a busy environment ensuring effective prioritisation and timely delivery.
  • Ability to communicate with clarity and impact across written, verbal, and visual presentations, tailoring messaging to your audience.
  • Energised by innovation, tech-enabled solutions, and new methods of delivery.
  • Interested in geopolitics and global affairs; knowledge or experience of the Middle East would be welcome.
  • Arabic language skills an advantage but not essential.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Practical understanding of business operations and commercial considerations.
  • Proficient in all components of Microsoft Office (Outlook, word-processing, PowerPoint, and spreadsheets).
