We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will manage projects end-to-end, build strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
What you'll do
- Client & Project Management
- Manage smaller projects from briefing through to delivery with support from an Account Director
- Build strong relationships with junior-level clients, becoming a trusted day-to-day partner
- Confidently present work and manage client feedback in a constructive way
- Ensure all projects remain on brief, on time, and on budget
- Creative & Production Oversight
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, contributing to briefings and reviews
- Support the development of ideas and help shape high-quality outputs
- Maintain full oversight of the production process, including timelines and status updates
- Work in partnership with producers to keep projects moving efficiently
- Strategy & Insight
- Support the development of strategy on smaller projects
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of brand strategy and campaign objectives
- Contribute to research and insight gathering to strengthen creative work
- Operations & Business Management
- Manage budgets, estimates, and client approvals
- Ensure accurate invoicing and post-project reconciliation
- Own account administration including timing plans, reporting, and logistics
- Maintain high standards in all client-facing materials and deliverables
- Team & Agency Contribution
- Build strong internal relationships across departments
- Act as a positive contributor to agency culture and initiatives
- Share industry knowledge, trends, and inspiration with the team
You’ll bring
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of commercial and operational processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
