We are looking for an Account Manager to join World Services, one of M+C Saatchi Group’s specialist divisions. World Services partners with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector to tackle some of the world’s most critical challenges — from national security and social justice to conflict prevention. Our work is fully integrated and end‑to‑end, combining multidisciplinary communications teams with subject‑matter experts across the globe. We deliver both domestic and international programmes, often working in developing countries and fragile or conflict‑affected states, with a strong focus on work that impacts the most vulnerable in society. With more than 250 colleagues globally across the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and the UAE, we are proud of our trusted, collaborative, and diverse culture — and we continue to grow and evolve. This role is based in our London office.

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, impactful communications campaigns. Working closely with strategy, creative, media, and production teams, you’ll help ensure work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

What you’ll do:

  • Supporting the delivery of creative workstreams for high‑profile social change campaigns, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.
  • Owning smaller projects end‑to‑end, with support from your Account Director.
  • Acting as a reliable, “safe pair of hands” on the day‑to‑day mechanics of account management, including writing client reports and updates, compiling research, managing timelines and project plans, running status meetings and circulating actions.
  • Supporting existing and new contracts as they come online, maintaining excellent standards across all workstreams.
  • Mentoring and supporting Account Executives to deliver best‑in‑class communications throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and partners, anticipating needs, identifying risks, and proposing clear, effective solutions.

About You:

The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by work that makes a real‑world impact.

What you’ll bring (knowledge, expertise, experience, and skills):

  • Demonstrable experience in a commercial communications role or similarly fast‑paced environment.
  • A strong academic background or working knowledge of International Relations, Political Science, or a related humanities or social science discipline.
  • A genuine interest in geopolitics and global affairs; experience or knowledge of the Middle East is welcome.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences and formats.
  • Strong organisational skills, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and spreadsheets).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Additional language skills (Arabic particularly welcome, but not essential).
  • Experience using digital project management tools.
  • Experience using LLMs to support research, automate repetitive tasks, or improve efficiency (advantageous but not essential).
  • Curiosity about human behaviour, psychology, and cultural dynamics.

What You Get:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • 27 days’ annual leave
  • Pension contributions
  • Private healthcare and discounted dental insurance
  • Enhanced maternity and parental leave

Plus a range of additional benefits:

  • £250 annual cultural stimulation allowance
  • Half‑days off before bank holidays
  • Emergency care days for dependants
  • Up to 5 days’ volunteering leave per year
  • Up to 10 days’ special emergency leave
  • Up to 10 days’ military reserves leave
  • Season ticket loan
  • Payroll giving scheme
  • Regular social events, including Thursday drinks and annual summer and Christmas parties

You’ll also have access to learning and development opportunities, DE&I initiatives, targeted mentoring programmes, and active employee‑led networks — with full support to help you succeed and grow in the role.
