We are currently looking for a Studio Manager to join one of M+CSaatchi Group's specialist divisions. World Services partners with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector, working on critical issues including national security, social justice, and conflict prevention.
About The Role
In this role, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day running of the technically enabled design and post‑production studio, balancing people, projects, and processes to deliver exceptional creative work at pace. You’ll focus on the craft and creative excellence of our output, as well as workflow, resourcing, and future readiness. You will work closely with the Global Head of Production, Production Directors, and Design Director to make the studio world‑class in both culture and capability.
What You’ll Do
- A solutions‑focused leader who can manage the daily operations of the design and post‑production studio, ensuring smooth workflow across all creative projects.
- Oversee resource planning and allocation: plan complex workflows and spot bottlenecks before they happen.
- Help build a unified Post‑Production and Design team enabling clear cross‑team communications and building a strong team culture.
- Ensure briefs are clear, deadlines are realistic, and team members are properly briefed and supported.
- Know project statuses at all times; prevent resource clashes; ensure on‑time delivery.
- Attend and lead daily team workflow status calls.
- Top level communicator - able to work with Business Directors and Production Directors to balance capacity, workflow, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Maintain the highest standards of creative output by supporting teams with smart structure and clear communication.
- Implement and refine studio systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Champion innovation — from new workflows and technologies to emerging design practices.
- Be responsible for the financial tracking and accountability of resources spent on items such as stock imagery and footage as well as third-party suppliers and freelancers.
- Help build and protect studio culture: positivity, inclusivity, collaboration, creative and technical confidence.
About You
You’re an experienced Studio Manager who thrives in fast‑paced creative environments. You’re comfortable overseeing studio operations across video, design, motion, and digital work, coordinating teams across multiple global offices. You bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the studio—building efficient ways of working while keeping teams motivated, supported, and proud of the work they deliver.

- Skill capability in areas of post‑production and design, able to pick up delivery of elements of the workflow at busy times to a standard of global agency best practice.
