The Opportunity

A Social Media Manager is responsible for producing campaign plans, writing and implementing social creative briefs, selecting and managing creators/micro-nano influencers including negotiations and contracts, making creative social content recommendations including storyboarding, reviewing and optimising social creative output, content calendar management and light touch community management.

A Snapshot Of What You'll Do

  • Support senior social team in producing paid and organic social strategies across multiple clients.
  • Manage client relationships (from a social perspective) with the support of the wider social and account teams, securing reviews and approval on plans and campaigns.
  • Produce always-on and campaign plans, and content calendars across key social media platforms (particularly Meta and Tiktok) including social copywriting in brand tone of voice.
  • Manage creators/micro-nano influencers, including selection, negotiation, contracts, briefs and output.
  • Produce basic social creative concepts across paid and organic, working autonomously or with the wider creative team to bring them to life using storyboards and/or mock-ups.
  • Community manage key platforms across multiple clients, including social listening and proactive engagement with communities.
  • Perform social audits, including social listening and competitor evaluations.

Your Ideal Experience

  • 3-4 years of social media management experience, managing social campaigns for household name brand/s (B2C, auto and grocery/food industry experience ideal).
  • Social content ideation, including working autonomously or with creatives.
  • Content planning and production management.
  • Creator management experience - sound understanding of the creator space, with the ability to spot the right person for the requirements and to negotiate the best terms.
  • Community management experience.
  • Excellent social copywriter with attention to detail and the ability to live and breathe a brand’s personality.
  • Use of social tools for social listening and analytics i.e. Brandwatch.
