We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our team at M+C Saatchi UK. This midweight role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has proven experience managing integrated, multi-channel projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative and technical standards.
What you'll do
- Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end delivery of your projects, including creation of timing plans, estimates, and resource allocation.
- Resource Planning: Coordinate and update relevant teams to ensure projects are appropriately resourced throughout the lifecycle.
- Scope Management: Monitor and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with client and internal expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Proactively engage stakeholders, run status meetings, and maintain all project documentation for approvals.
- Creative Development: Lead kick-off meetings, creative reviews, and integrated production meetings, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
- Production Partnership: Work closely with production specialists to inform and approve production decisions where necessary.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage estimates, oversee purchasing, and approve invoices for third-party costs as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing integrated, multi-channel projects in a creative or agency environment.
