We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement customised solutions within our NetSuite ERP environment. You will bridge the gap between business functional requirements and technical execution, ensuring our system is scalable, efficient, and integrated with our other systems such as Workday and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Custom Development: Build and maintain customisations using SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0/2.1) and SuiteFlow (Workflows).
- System Integration: Design, implement and maintain robust integrations between NetSuite and third‑party platforms using APIs or middleware.
- Technical Design: Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain advanced Saved Searches, Financial Reports and complex SuiteAnalytics workbooks.
- Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, debug script errors, resolve integration bottlenecks and improve performance.
- Performance improvement: Lead system performance enhancements including efficient coding and legacy script consolidation.
- Release Management: Manage the deployment of code between Sandbox and Production, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. Use tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to manage changes and tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience: At least 5 years of hands‑on technical experience with NetSuite.
- Coding proficiency: Strong expertise in JavaScript and the NetSuite SuiteCloud platform.
- Integration skills: Deep understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML data formats and middleware such as Boomi; manage complex direct integrations and custom import setups.
- Database knowledge: Solid grasp of relational databases and SQL.
- Certifications: NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer or NetSuite Administrator certifications are highly preferred.
- Communication: Work within a team of Finance, NetSuite Functional Consultants and Support staff. Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders clearly.
