M&C Saatchi are on the lookout for a mid-weight conceptual designer with sharp craft skills and bold ideas to join our integrated design team. If youâve got experience as a creative designer in advertising and a portfolio that proves you can make campaigns unmissable, this could be the role for you.
What youâll do:
- Youâll be the designer who spots the detail others miss, the kerning, the colour balance, the rhythm of a layout, but also the creative thinking that makes it all sing.
- Youâll bring ideas to life across billboards, press, digital and beyond, working closely with creatives to take campaigns from the spark of an idea through to work that dominates streets, screens and social feeds.
Expect to:
- Shape the look and feel of big brand campaigns, crafting visual worlds that are bold, distinctive and beautifully executed.
- Create standout design for OOH, from giant billboards to digital spectaculars, making work that stops people in their tracks.
- Balance concept and craft: scamp, style, refine, and deliver ideas that shine across every channel.
- Think conceptually, visualise and evolve creative ideas into powerful design executions that connect emotionally and visually.
- Collaborate with creatives, designers and strategists, presenting your work with confidence and clarity.
- Jump in on new business pitches, bringing energy and polish to decks and ideas.
What youâll bring:
- Proven experience as a designer within a creative agency, with a hunger to keep growing your skills, refining your craft under the guidance of our Head of Design and Head of Art.
- A strong portfolio of OOH and integrated campaigns, showing design thatâs both conceptually sharp and beautifully crafted.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (with After Effects and Figma know-how a bonus).
- A flair for turning creative briefs into eye-catching, well considered design.
- A cool head under pressure and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping craft or quality.
- A collaborative spirit, eager to share, learn, and make the teamâs work better every day.
