We are currently looking for a Growth Analyst to join our new business team in one of the group specialist divisions. This role sits within M+C Saatchi World Services of M+C Saatchi Group. Partnering with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector, we work on the critical issues of our time, including national security, social justice and conflict prevention.
About The Role
In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the development of capture plans, bid proposal strategies, and high‑quality proposals and pitches. Collaboration is at the heart of the function: you will work closely with Growth Managers, Growth Leads, and the wider Growth team, under the leadership of the Chief Growth Officer. Together, you’ll help strengthen shared resources, coordinate cross-team initiatives, and support activities such as conference planning, case study development, and the creation of proposal templates.
What You'll Do
- You will be the fulcrum of new business information, data and insights. This includes opportunities with HMG, the EU, and European nations.
- You will monitor relevant portals and channels for information relevant to new business opportunities, including new commercial tenders, trends in the procurement environment and competitor analysis.
- You will support in developing Capture plans and bid proposal strategies.
- You will support in developing proposals and pitches.
- You will collaborate within a team of Growth Managers, Growth Leads and staff, overseen by the Chief Growth Officer, to develop shared resources and plans.
- You will coordinate mutually supportive initiatives such as conference attendance, case studies and proposal templates.
About You
The successful candidate will be highly analytical, skilled at turning market and procurement information into clear insights, and confident supporting proposals and capture activities. They’ll be an excellent communicator and strong collaborator, able to work across the Growth team while managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with research tools, Excel, and CRM systems, along with an understanding of public‑sector procurement, will help them excel in this role.
You’ll Bring
- Proven professional experience in business procurement, with exposure to international environments and non-commercial clients.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent proof-reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Evidence of seeing assignments through to the end.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in groups.
- Ability to work in a high paced, results oriented environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience of working with commercial clients and problem sets.
- An understanding of the role of communications in behaviour change.
- Ability to manage and maintain several internal projects which will house critical information to new business growth across World Services.
- Fluent in an additional European language.
