What You'll Do:
You will be responsible for project managing the delivery of a single, integrated productivity suite across a global business. The objective is to align a disparate technology estate to a single, strategic Microsoft 365 platform underpinned by a global Cisco network roll out. This role will be at the centre of the delivery execution across a global estate. This role will migrate data from current to new platforms (primarily moving Google Workspace and Zoom users to an integrated Microsoft platform).
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, monitoring execution, and control of the single, integrated, productivity suite.
- Deliver plans and monitor outcomes vs scope, objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Working with existing PMO framework to manage RAID and mitigate blockers.
- Ensure alignment with overall organisational strategy.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, challenges, and develop contingency plans.
- Co-ordinate project resources across various time zones, including internal team members, external vendors, and consultants.
- Effective communicator, enabling collaboration across the project team, stakeholders, and departments to ensure project success.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular status updates.
- Effective stakeholder engagement with teams across the globe.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including the C-suite.
- Influencing and working with those outside of the team, communicating with stakeholders on the way.
- Creating structure and simplicity in a fast-paced environment.
- Influencing across competing agendas to ensure alignment and deliverables.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Flexibility to adapt easily to changing requirements and priorities.
- Experience of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks to time driven deliverables.
- Experience in risk management, communications, and reporting.

- Some prior experience of working with multiple productivity platforms.
- Managing complex data migration from legacy to strategic platforms.
- Working within a globally distributed IT function.
