We are currently looking for a Media Manager to join one of the M+C Saatchi Group\’s specialist divisions. M+C Saatchi World Services partners with governments, civil society, foundations, academia, and the private sector, working on critical issues such as national security, social justice, and conflict prevention. We provide integrated, end-to-end services with multi-disciplinary teams and subject matter experts worldwide. Our work impacts vulnerable populations, with a focus on developing countries and fragile, conflict-affected states.
Ideal candidates will have a degree in International Relations, Political Science, or related humanities/social sciences. ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Support all media aspects of current and future contracts, including target audience and media mix planning using a PESO model across multiple countries.
- Assist in the daily operations of the Dissemination Unit to ensure effective use of media channels and message delivery to meet communication objectives.
- Develop media dissemination strategies to influence knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors globally.
- Utilize research and best practices in media planning.
- Manage and execute campaign operations, ensuring accuracy in media plans and results.
- Lead by example in media strategy and digital communications, developing effective working methods.
- Manage junior media planners and support team results.
- Support operational and administrative tasks to achieve objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Media Strategists to define target audiences, media mix, and measurement strategies.
- Gather and analyze media environment data across markets.
- Identify optimal channels for reaching target audiences, understanding paid, owned, and earned media benefits.
- Manage creative assets and ensure proper loading into platforms like CMP and Google Campaign Manager.
- Implement media dissemination strategies with team support.
- Build relationships with external partners for media buying and reporting.
- Understand and measure campaign performance and effectiveness.
- Support presentation development for stakeholders.
- Collect and report media data for projects, keeping abreast of regional media environments and emerging platforms.

- Stay updated on social media, digital marketing, and search trends.
- Support beyond core duties when needed; be proactive.
- Represent M+C Saatchi World Services professionally.
ABOUT YOU:
Essential:
- Positive attitude, understanding of marketing and advertising theories.
- Knowledge of media planning, buying, and dissemination.
- Understanding of the PESO model.
- Ability to analyze data for insights.
- Experience managing partner relationships.
- Knowledge of digital/social media platforms for buying and setup.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with media projects or campaigns.

- Knowledge of earned media channels and NGO or government sector experience.
- Understanding of geopolitics and communication\’s role in behavior change.
- Educational background in related fields is beneficial.
