We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated and versatile Social Media Senior Account Executive with experience of Community Management to join our agency to drive forward our work with one of the world’s leading sports and running brands.
Applicants must have a passion for running and running club/community culture.
Day-to-day point of contact for all clients related to the project. Global market lead working in collaboration with creative and strategist to execute global strategy, implementation and management.
- Key support for Social Media campaigns
- Key account and project management support
- Collaborate with moderators of community platforms to ensure alignment across markets (Instagram as lead channel)
- Work with the strategy team to build and deliver partner/influencer activations, management and reporting with support from the social media executive.
- Key market coordinator working with the wider team to help build and circulate toolkits
- Manage the everyday running of the account, coordinating internal check-ins and check-ins with the client.
- Facilitate with support from the wider team virtual market summits
- Partner/media/ influencer outreach, contracting, management and reporting.
- Be the key point of contact for managing the brand’s network, giving support across all team touchpoints to ensure collaboration and effectiveness.
- Help coordinate all key stakeholders internal and external with regards to the monthly content calendar, reporting and insights.
- Write short-form copy for social and long-form copy for blogs and newsletters
- COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT – the eyes and ears of the community, you will be the human lens across the brand. You will be on hand to ensure we deliver community driven content calendars and remain proactive and responsive across channels. You’ll work with the social content creator and strategist and proactively look for ways to take things further
- Overall social media community management monitoring of social pages (including weekends & holidays) including stakeholder escalation
- Ideation and development of the social media calendar with support from the social content creator and in-house studio and project manager
- Always-on community spotlight

- Connect with global in-house support for translations etc.
- Live on the ground coverage and publishing with support from the social content creator
- Understanding of reporting, measurement and tracking
