We are a startup at the beginning of our growth journey, building a scalable restaurant network from the ground up.

This is not a corporate role — we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, take ownership, and be part of shaping a brand from zero to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of new restaurant openings

Assist in implementing and improving chain-level operational systems

Coordinate rollout tasks across multiple locations

Work closely with founders and operations teams on expansion projects

Help standardise processes as the business grows

Requirements

Experience working with chain or multi-site restaurant operations

Professional working proficiency in English

Hands-on, execution-focused mindset, comfortable in a startup environment

Willingness to work across Leeds, Huddersfield, and areas near Sheffield

Non-UK applicants must already hold a valid UK work visa
