Location: New Office Location – Kings Langley / Watford / Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Salary: £28K – £34K (Dependent on Experience) + Company Performance Bonus
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Role Overview:
We are seeking an organised and experienced Office Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business. You’ll be the linchpin connecting our commercial, operations, third-party installers and accounts, supporting project delivery, financial administration, and customer service as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of office administration and logistics for commercial flooring projects
Support the accounts function, including invoicing and reconciliations, using Xero
Maintain and update client and project information
Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and fitters
Organise internal meetings, HR records, and documentation
Implement and improve internal processes to drive efficiency and compliance
Provide general support to the management team as needed
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven office administration/managerial experience (ideally in construction, flooring, or trade environments
IT literate and confident using CRM, quoting, and accounting software (experience with Zigaflow, Xero, or equivalents preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Proactive, highly organised, and a strong communicator
Team player with first-class attention to detail
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company and take initiative
Positive, professional, and committed to excellent customer service
Ability to work both in-office and remotely
