Krave Dessert Café is looking for an experienced Café Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operation and help take the business to the next level. We’re looking for someone energetic, organised and commercially minded who knows how to lead a team, keep standards high and create an atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
The Role
- Leading, motivating and developing the team
- Managing staff rotas and ensuring efficient staffing levels
- Delivering consistently excellent customer service
- Driving sales and looking for ways to grow the business
- Maintaining high standards across food, drinks, presentation and cleanliness
- Managing stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships
- Controlling wastage and keeping an eye on costs
- Ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues confidently
- Making sure the café is always looking and operating at its best
