Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a long-term freelance role with a growing workload and genuine security of work? We are working with a well‑established civil engineering contractor delivering a significant programme of AMP8 water infrastructure projects across Yorkshire. With over £25m of secured work already underway and additional schemes entering the pipeline, they are looking for a commercially astute Senior QS to take ownership of a portfolio of clean and foul water projects delivered under NEC4 contracts.
Immediate start available.
- Responsible for change management, early warnings, compensation events, subcontract procurement, cost forecasting and month‑end reporting.
- Projects range from £500k to £5m and include clean water upgrades, chemical dosing installations and wastewater improvement schemes throughout North and South Yorkshire.
- 6‑month initial contract – likelihood to run closer to 12 months.
- £450 a day.
- Outside IR35.
