Due to growth, one of our clients is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its Guildford team to support a mix of Environment Agency framework works. This includes minor civils works and vegetation maintenance contracts ranging up to £2.5m in value. Our client is one of the UK's leading specialists in civil and environmental engineering with a strong environmental ethos and over 40 years of experience delivering sustainable solutions across rivers, canals, wetlands, and coastlines. This is a prime opportunity to join a high performing commercial team with huge scope for career development. The company currently turns over around £45m and is on the cusp of securing two further frameworks with larger civil engineering environmental projects available to tender for.

Responsibilities

The role itself will be primarily office based with site visits once or twice a week depending on the schemes, and also offer one day a week working from home.

Qualifications

Looking for someone with previous civil engineering experience, utilising the NEC form of contract, and with the ability to manage multiple small/medium projects.
