- Commercially overseeing multiple live projects ranging from £10k to £10m
- Specialist subcontract civil engineering works both self delivery and subcontracted
- Various forms of contract – NEC, JCT, Bespoke
- Working across a wide range of industries – industrial, power, built environment
- 3 to 4 days in office (Newcastle), 1 to 2 days at home
- 6 – 12 Month initial Contract
- Outside IR35
- £500 per day – negotiable dependent upon relevant experience
