Are you looking for an opportunity to join a growing civil engineering contractor where you can develop your career and have ownership over running your own projects? This well-established, privately owned contractor has built an excellent reputation across the Midlands for delivering infrastructure, highways and groundworks projects for both public and private sector clients. Operating for decades, they continue to secure repeat business through long-standing relationships with local authorities, developers and national housebuilders, with a growing turnover targeted to exceed 30m.
Due to a strong pipeline of work landing throughout Summer 2026, they are looking to appoint either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up, or an Intermediate Level Quantity Surveyor who can take increasing commercial responsibility across multiple schemes. This is a business that genuinely invests in people and promotes from within. You’ll work closely with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors whilst being given the opportunity to take ownership of smaller schemes as your confidence and ability develop.
They are offering a salary of between 40k to 60k dependent upon relevant experience along with a company car/car allowance, discretionary bonus, 26 days holiday and a whole lot more.
