Due to growth, one of our clients is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its Guildford team to support a mix of Environment Agency framework works. This includes minor civils works and vegetation maintenance contracts ranging up to £2.5m in value.
Our client is one of the UK’s leading specialists in civil and environmental engineering with a strong environmental ethos and over 40 years of experience delivering sustainable solutions across rivers, canals, wetlands and coastlines. This is a prime opportunity to join a high performing commercial team with huge scope for career development.
The role itself will be primarily office based with site visits once or twice a week depending on the schemes and they also offer one day a week working from home. They are looking for someone with previous civil engineering experience utilising the NEC form of contract and with the ability to manage multiple small/medium projects.
In return, they offer a competitive salary, ideally somewhere between £50k to £60k dependent upon experience, with a car allowance of £600 a month, quarterly and annual bonuses, 25 days holiday and a whole load more.
