Our client is a specialist engineering contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex water, wastewater and infrastructure projects throughout the UK.

As part of their continued growth, they are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across their United Utilities AMP8 framework. You'll take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of projects from procurement through to final account, managing subcontractors, overseeing change, forecasting, reporting and working closely with operational teams to maximise commercial performance. The AMP8 programme provides an exceptional pipeline of long-term work across the North West, offering both stability and the opportunity to progress within a growing business.

Applicants should have previous experience working for a civil engineering or utilities contractor and possess strong commercial knowledge of NEC contracts. Previous experience within the water sector would be advantageous, although candidates from highways, utilities, rail or wider infrastructure backgrounds will also be considered.
