This is an opportunity to join a growing civil engineering contractor with a strong reputation across the North East, delivering infrastructure works for leading residential developers. With turnover growing from £15m to £18m and a strong pipeline of secured work, they’re now looking to strengthen their commercial team with an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.

You’ll be managing 3–4 live projects at any one time, typically roads and sewers packages linked to residential developments. Projects range from £200k to £5m (average around £2m), and you’ll play a key role in both winning and delivering work.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Supporting weekly tender submissions

They are offering between £45k – £55k as a salary, with company car or car allowance, uncapped pension, and a discretionary bonus based on both company + individual performance.
