This has created a phenomenal opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial delivery of multiple smaller-value public realm and civil engineering projects simultaneously. Schemes include highways improvements, streetscape works, junction upgrades, regeneration and associated infrastructure projects delivered under long-term frameworks.
The role will involve overseeing commercial teams, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring robust financial performance across projects and supporting the continued growth of the business unit.
The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering or infrastructure background and experience managing multiple schemes within framework environments. Previous exposure to public realm, highways or Local Authority works would be highly beneficial alongside strong leadership, communication and commercial management skills.
