The Sales Administrator plays a key role in keeping the European HQ rental office running smoothly, delivering efficient administrative and sales support across the business. This role focuses on promptly responding to both internal and external enquiries, producing regular reports and updating sales systems. They will coordinate closely with accounts, warehouse and returns teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Working alongside the Rental Office Manager and Sales Director, the Sales Administrator will attend meetings, support deal documentation and client visits, contribute to internal projects and training, and maintain clear, well-organised records that keep the sales operation performing at its best.

  • The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and highly motivated professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage their workload efficiently in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Ideally bringing experience from the film, television or commercial lighting rental industry, they will be proactive, reliable and flexible.
  • They will be willing to go above and beyond to support the sales team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Salesforce CRM.
  • The successful candidate will work well both independently and as part of a team, handle confidential information responsibly, meet strict deadlines, and contribute positively to a collaborative and professional workplace while remaining keen to learn and develop.
