The Repairs & Engineering Administrator coordinates the flow of equipment through the repairs process, ensuring items are accurately logged, tracked, costed, and completed on time. They work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and repair partners to prioritise urgent jobs, maintain traceability, and meet deadlines.
Key duties include:
- Managing repair tickets
- Controlling spare parts stock
- Monitoring lead times
- Maintaining accurate system data
- Arranging external repairs
- Supporting documentation

- Keeping workshop operations running efficiently with minimal disruption
The ideal candidate is an organised, self-motivated, and reliable administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, are essential, along with the ability to learn RT Pro. This is a full-time role based on a 40-hour working week, between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm. We offer a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn overtime.
